Regulations for orders via www.gofrexwaffle.com

Below we would like to present our regulations, which are the basis for the preparation and implementation of your purchases.
On the website www.gofrex.com we offer you the purchase of Gofrex products.

1. Conclusion of the contract and delivery of goods

1.1 We conclude contracts on www.gofrex.com only in Polish. The party to the contract is GOFREX Maciej Kowalski, Magdalena Mościcka-Kowalska civil partnership based in Ostrowiec 10, 05-651 Chynów.
1.2 By clicking on the "confirm order" button, a binding order is placed for the products in the basket. We confirm placing an order by e-mail immediately after sending your order. A binding contract is concluded upon receipt of your order confirmation. Please note that the products you have ordered will be shipped against payment of the full price (subject to clause 3.2 below) and the shipping costs, unless they are covered by us in accordance with clause 2.2 below.
1.3 We execute orders in Poland. If the delivery date is given in working days, it should be understood as all days from Monday to Friday, inclusive, except for public holidays.

2. Prices, shipping costs and express shipping

2.1 The prices quoted at the time the order is placed shall apply. The offered prices are final prices, which means that they also include VAT at the current rate. The goods remain our property until full payment of the sale price.
2.2 Shipping costs are paid by the party designated in the ordering process in our store.
2.3 We offer express shipping for certain orders. During the ordering process, you will be informed whether express shipping is offered for the order and how much it costs. If the express shipping option is selected, the goods will be delivered within 2 working days at the latest. If this delivery time is exceeded, you will, of course, receive a refund of the shipping costs.

3. Payment

3.1 Basically, we offer the following types of payment: cash on delivery, fast internet transfer (Przelewy24.pl), credit card and Paypal. For each order, we reserve the right not to offer certain types of payment and to offer others. Please note that we only accept payments made from bank accounts within the European Union (EU). You bear all costs of financial transactions.
3.2 For purchases made by credit card, the credit card is not debited until the order is dispatched by us.
3.3 You hereby consent to receive information about crediting your account only in electronic form.

4. Discount coupons and their use

4.1 Discount coupons are vouchers that cannot be purchased, but are issued only as part of advertising campaigns and have a specific validity period.
4.2 Discount coupons can only be used for a specific period of time and only for one order. Certain brands may be excluded from the promotion. Discount coupons cannot be used to purchase gift cards. Please note that discount coupons may be associated with a minimum purchase value.
4.3 The value of the goods must not be less than the amount on the discount coupon. Any difference in the case of a higher value of the goods may be compensated by payment made in one of the methods offered. The discount coupon cannot be paid in cash and it does not bear interest. It is not possible to receive a refund of the discount coupon when the goods are fully or partially returned.
4.4 Discount coupons can only be used before the completion of the ordering process. Subsequent use is not possible. Discount coupons cannot be transferred to third parties. Unless otherwise agreed, several discount coupons cannot be combined.
4.5 If you use a discount coupon for your purchases, we reserve the right to charge the original price of the goods, which you will keep if - due to your withdrawal from the contract - the total value of the order falls below the value of the discount coupon.

5. Consumer's statutory right * to withdraw from the Gofrex product purchase contract

If you purchase Gofrex products as a consumer, you have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract:
First of all, we would like to inform you that when you return the goods, you can use the return form attached to your order or available for printing on your customer account. If you do not have a printer at your disposal, have problems downloading the form, or need a new return form, you can also obtain it through our customer service. Please make it easier for us to avoid additional costs and always send returns with the return form.
Information on the right to withdraw from the contract
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period shall run from the date on which you or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, took possession of the goods.

You can complete and send us the withdrawal form or prepare and send any other declaration of will, also electronically, using the contact form on our website. If you use this option, we will immediately send you (e.g. by e-mail) confirmation of receipt of your statement. In order to exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, it is sufficient to send a notification about the exercise of this right before the deadline for withdrawal from the contract.
Consequences of withdrawal from the contract
In the event of your withdrawal from the contract, we must immediately, but no later than fourteen days after receiving your notification of withdrawal from the contract, return to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs that may arise due to your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us) if you resign from the entire order, and if from some of the purchased goods - only the value of these goods We use the same means of payment for reimbursement that you used in the original transaction, unless we have specifically agreed with you on a different means of payment.
Under no circumstances will we charge you any fees for this. However, we may refuse to refund the payment received from you until we receive the goods back. You, in turn, are obliged to send back or hand over the goods to us immediately, but not later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from the contract.
The deadline is met if the goods are shipped within fourteen days. In any case, you will bear the costs of return shipment. You are responsible for reducing the value of things as a result of using it in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of things.

6. Payment returns

Any refunds are made automatically to the account you use for payment. In the case of payment by bank transfer, payments will be returned to the account from which the transfer was made. In the case of payment by PayPal, PayU, Przelewy24 or by credit card, the refund will be made to the associated PayPal, PayU, Przelewy24 account or credit card account. If you used a gift card at the time of purchase, the relevant amount will be refunded to your balance and may be used for subsequent purchases.

7. Statutory liability for product defects

7.1 We undertake to provide you with defect-free products 7.2 In the event of any defects in the products ordered via www.gofrex.com, we are legally liable under the warranty for defects under Art. 556 and following of the Act of 23 April 1964 - Civil Code (Journal of Laws 2016.380 as amended).

8. Complaints

8.1 All complaints regarding the products purchased in our store, as well as the course of the implementation of your order, should be submitted by e-mail to sklep@gofrex.com or via the Customer Service Office by phone or by e-mail (e-mail). Contact details of the Customer Service Office are provided in point 11 below. In the same way, you can report any problems with the collection of the return shipment by the courier.
8.2 In some cases, we may ask you to send us photos of the products that are subject to the complaint.
8.3 Your complaint will be considered by us within 14 days from the date of receipt of the complete complaint notification. You will be notified immediately of any deficiencies in the complaint. Along with such notification, you will be sent information on how to supplement the deficiencies in the complaint.
8.4 We draw your attention to the fact that the following damage to the products
is not subject to complaint: - natural wear of the non-stick coating;
- replaceable parts, e.g. heaters;
- mechanical damage (abrasion, scratching, flooding) caused by the use of the products by you, and damage resulting from lack of or improper maintenance;
- damage caused by the use of devices contrary to their intended use;
8.5 Please also note that you have the option of out-of-court complaint and redress procedures in accordance with the Online Dispute Resolution procedure developed by the European Commission available at: https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/main/?event = main.home.show.

10.2 You can easily archive your order data by downloading the regulations and saving the order summary information on the last page of your order when placing it in the online store using the "Save As" function in your web browser; You can also wait for the order confirmation, which we will additionally send you by e-mail after completing the ordering process to the address provided by you. Such an e-mail confirming the order contains all the relevant data of your order, a model withdrawal form and a link to these regulations, and it is possible to easily print it or save it using the e-mail program.
